Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing
  • Manage acquisition, sale, and financing processes for diverse asset classes
  • Participate in real estate development projects, including structuring and documentation
  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, and ancillary agreements
  • Coordinate due diligence and manage closing processes
  • Work closely with lenders, developers, investors, and corporate clients
  • Collaborate with cross-practice teams on regulatory, tax, and corporate considerations
  • By year-end, you could be leading significant transaction components, directly interfacing with clients, and managing sophisticated real estate matters within a global platform.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of real estate transactional experience
  • Experience in commercial real estate acquisition, sale, and financing
  • Strong academic background required
  • Admission to the D.C. Bar or eligibility for admission — DC Bar required
  • Proficiency handling complex real estate transactions
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Candidates coming from Am Law firm environments or other top‑tier real estate practices will be particularly well‑positioned.
