Salary: $225,000 to $435,000
Top firm is seeking talented patent litigation associates for its Patent Lit Group.
What you will do:- Support patent litigation involving cutting-edge technologies
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions in federal court, the ITC, and PTAB
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
- Participate in fact and expert discovery, including depositions
- Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other proceedings
- 2–7 years of patent litigation experience at a top firm or boutique
- Undergrad and/or advanced degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physics
