Beacon Hill is working with an Am Law
200 Mid‑Atlantic law firm seeking a Healthcare Regulatory & Transactional Attorney. The role offers flexible office placement across the Baltimore‑to‑Richmond region, and exceptional candidates may be approved for a fully remote arrangement. The firm is open to candidates across a range of experience levels, with title and level determined based on background and fit.

Opportunity

Advise healthcare clients on transactions and regulatory matters, including deal support, regulatory due diligence, and contracting. Work includes drafting and negotiating healthcare agreements and counseling on Stark Law, Anti‑Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and Medicare/Medicaid compliance.

Ideal Background
  • 3+ years of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience
  • Strong understanding of key healthcare laws and compliance frameworks
  • Experience drafting and negotiating healthcare agreements
  • Excellent drafting, organizational, and client‑facing skills
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the MD or DC Bar (VA admission is a plus)
  • Strong academic credentials and communication skills
Compensation
  • Base salary: $195,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience)
