JURISolutions is partnering with one of our government clients to hire an experienced Law Clerk for a long-term (multi-year) project with one of our government clients in Washington, DC.
Law Clerks will perform advanced legal research, prepare memorandums of law, motions, and briefs, as well as assist counsel with several phases of litigation. Will also review documents for relevance and privilege. Trial preparation experience is HIGHLY preferred.
This role also requires knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources. Must be able to work effectively in a high-energy environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional or newer program(s). Redacting and redlining expertise also highly preferred. In addition, must have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including databases (such as document review and file management systems), spreadsheets, and imaging.
Candidates must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school as well as knowledge of state and federal court systems. A minimum of four years’ experience and proficiency with Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, CLEAR and eDiscovery platforms/software is required. No active bar license required.

This role offers a range of competitive pay rates starting at $35-$37/hr and a benefits package that includes PTO, holiday pay, optional health benefits, 401K and more.
