Senior Paralegal

A highly respected Washington, D.C. law firm specializing in municipal financing of multifamily affordable housing seeks a full-time senior paralegal with excellent credentials, experience, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Transactional experience with a background showing interest and aptitude in mathematics, finance, economics or other areas with a high analytical component also is extremely helpful in our practice. Candidate must be reliable and have the capability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work well in a team environment.

Excellent organizational skills, writing ability and attention to detail essential; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) is preferred.

Experience or interest in drafting and editing transactional documents and legal opinions is strongly preferred. This position provides an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a challenging career and who has an interest in corporate law or finance.
