Conflicts Attorney (Full-Time)

A leading large international law firm is seeking an experienced
** Conflicts Attorney
** to join its team. This role is responsible for providing high-level conflicts analysis and clearance support related to new business intake, lateral hires, RFPs, Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), and ethical screens.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct contextual analysis of new business intake, lateral conflicts checks, RFPs, and OCGs
* Provide strategic guidance on conflicts resolution and business clearance matters
* Oversee and implement ethical screens across multiple jurisdictions
* Serve as a resource to attorneys and internal committees on conflicts and compliance issues
* Manage and support the lateral conflicts process
* Supervise and mentor Conflicts Team members, including review of work product and professional development
* Monitor trends in conflicts and new business matters firmwide
* Participate in hiring, training, and workflow process improvements
Qualifications:
* J.D. required; active and in good standing with the Ohio or DC Bar (or waiver eligible)
* Minimum 3+ years of law firm experience in conflicts, intake, compliance, or related areas
* Prior supervisory experience preferred
* Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
* Experience with systems such as Intapp, 3E, Lexis, Westlaw, or similar platforms preferred
* Experience in a large international law firm strongly preferred
This is a high-visibility role requiring sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while supporting firmwide risk management initiatives.
