We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to support attorneys in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent client communication.

• Assist with trust and estate administration, including asset inventories and financial documentation
• Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives)
• Prepare fiduciary accountings and probate court filings
• Coordinate document execution and maintain client files and deadlines
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and professional advisors
• Con duct legal research and monitor case progress

• Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, or probate
• Strong drafting, research, and case management skills
• Familiarity with probate procedures and legal software

• Experience with Maryland probate and estate tax procedures
• Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)
