Role: Government Contracts Attorney (Bid Protest Leader) – Full-Time, Hybrid/Remote.
We are a Business Law Firm serving Government Contractors and Commercial Businesses, seeking an Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join its Government Contracts Practice Group. We are seeking a candidate with private sector experience regularly representing Government Contractors in bid protests.
Qualifications- 2-6+ years of experience leading bid protests.
- Licensed attorney required. Preferred applicants with Bar admission in the District of Columbia or eligibility for prompt admission.
- Experience with Federal Small Business Programs (8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone) is a plus.
- Private law firm experience working with Federal Government bid protest law.
