Antitrust & Competition Attorney; D.C. AmLaw

Beacon Hill is working with a top-tier AmLaw 100 firm to hire a midlevel Antitrust & Competition associate with 4+ years of experience to join their office in D.C. or NY.

This role is focused on merger control and transactional antitrust, including:

• Hart-Scott-Rodino reportability and HSR filings
• Premerger notifications and foreign merger control coordination
• Second Requests and agency reviews

Competitive candidates will have experience drafting antitrust risk-shifting provisions in purchase agreements and supporting investigations obtained through experience at large law firms or government (DOJ/FTC).

Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills requried.
