Antitrust Attorney Associate

I am working with both a top antitrust boutique and a V10 firm on unposted needs to add antitrust associates to their chambers-ranked groups.

The ideal candidates will have:

• 2-6 years of experience in antitrust matters either from big law, the DOJ, or FTC
• Either deal side merger review or antitrust litigation experience will be considered
• Excellent academic credentials

The boutique is a full-scope antitrust practice busy across the board, with clients ranging from the largest companies in the world, to private equity, to smaller and more mid-market clients across all industries. Associates receive top notch training and substantive opportunity, usually much better level to level compared to big law. The firm also offers significant support and mentorship in business development and networking, for those interested, and the runway for advancement is very clear and available to all associates.

The V10 firm is a full-scope antitrust practice that leans more heavily on mergers work and handles some of the largest private equity deals/clients in the world. While a large firm, the DC office is fairly small, and the antitrust team is also quite small, providing a very collaborative culture and significant training and mentorship from partners. This is an opportunity to work on the most cutting edge and largest matters while still maintaining a small team feel.
