Senior Paralegal

A highly respected Washington, D.C. law firm specializing in municipal financing of multifamily affordable housing seeks a full-time senior paralegal with excellent credentials, experience, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Transactional experience with a background showing interest and aptitude in mathematics, finance, economics or other areas with a high analytical component also is extremely helpful in our practice.

Candidate must be reliable and have the capability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work well in a team environment.

Excellent organizational skills, writing ability and attention to detail essential; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) is preferred.

Experience or interest in drafting and editing transactional documents and legal opinions is strongly preferred.
