We are representing a premier, trial-ready litigation boutique in Washington D.C. seeking a high-caliber Patent Litigation Attorney. This is not your typical "back-office" litigation role. Our client is known for taking complex cases to trial, and they are looking for an attorney with 3–10 years of experience who is ready to contribute to high-stakes patent disputes.

• Execute all phases of patent litigation, from pre-filing investigations through trial and appeal.
• Drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, and taking/defending depositions.
• Working closely with partners on trial strategy for upcoming, high-profile patent cases.

• Experience: 3–10 years of dedicated patent litigation experience.

  Skills:
  
  Prior trial experience is preferred, but a strong desire for trial work and a solid litigation foundation is required.
• Bar: Must be admitted to the D.C. Bar (or eligible to waive in).
• Technical Background: A technical degree or USPTO registration is a plus but not mandatory for the right litigator.

• Salary: The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $250,000
  . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• Billables: A highly manageable 1,800 billable hour goal
