We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Program Support / Task Manager to support program execution. This dual-role position combines day-to-day task coordination and schedule tracking with hands-on material expediting responsibilities. You will work closely with the Program Manager, procurement, engineering, logistics, and suppliers to ensure tasks stay on track and critical materials, parts, and equipment arrive on time to meet program milestones.

- Track and manage assigned tasks, action items, milestones, and deliverables across programs.
- Maintain and update schedules, status reports, and risk logs; proactively flag delays or issues to the Program Manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project control) to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Support documentation control, reporting, and administrative workflow for the program.
- Collaborate with procurement team on open order reports, vendor issues, material availability, supply chain bottlenecks, and recovery plans.
- Communicate material availability, risks, and recovery plans clearly and frequently to the Program Manager and relevant teams.
- Support receiving, incoming inspection coordination, inventory accuracy, and material movement as needed.
- Prepare and maintain delivery logs, and related documentation for internal tracking and compliance.

* * critical issues promptly. - Ensure adherence to quality, security, and regulatory requirements, including ITAR, DFARS, and other applicable defense contracting standards.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support overall program success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, project management, or related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics, inventory control, production support, or task/project coordination (defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or government contracting experience strongly preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interface effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/MRP or inventory management systems.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (Secret level preferred/required depending on program needs).
- Prior experience supporting DoD, aerospace, or defense programs.
- Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, FAR, bills of materials (BOMs), technical drawings, or quality systems (e.g., AS9100).
- Experience with material kitting, receiving, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of production schedules and supply-chain risk mitigation.
- PMP, CAPM, or supply-chain related certification a plus.

May involve occasional lifting (up to 40-50 lbs), movement of materials, or visits to local vendors/warehouses. Primarily office- and program-based with potential warehouse or shop-floor interaction depending on program needs.
In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $127,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus and may include equity or incentive compensation as part of the total rewards package.
