WIN Reality, LLC seeks a Director of Operations—Hardware to build and scale the operational backbone for our hard goods like Smart Parks, Blast Motion, and TrainVR. You’ll own contract manufacturing, procurement, assembly, software provisioning, 3PL logistics, and deployment, driving cost efficiency and reliable delivery.
You’ll lead a small on-site team and coordinate with external partners to ensure units ship on time and meet quality and financial targets as we grow across product lines.
