Maintenance Mechanic

Complete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a facility in NW Washington, DC. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Conduct daily building/equipment tours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $24–$25 per hour (depending on experience).

Parking provided.

• High School Diploma.
• Driver’s License.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Computer skills are a must.
• Flexibility to work between 6 am and 6 pm.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment.
• Familiarity with steam operations, pumps, AHU’s, hot water boilers, exhaust fans, ballast, etc.
• Dependable and reliable.
