COIT is seeking a cleaning technician to strip, wax, scrub, and buff floors, tile and grout, upholstery and carpets at client sites. You will maintain equipment and supplies and keep trucks and warehouses organized while complying with safety standards.
The role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for advancement. Compensation ranges from $15 to $20 per hour with flexible scheduling.
