M.C. Dean is seeking a facilities maintenance technician in the Washington, DC area to maintain electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems. You will perform planned maintenance, respond to emergencies, and support day-to-day facility operations under supervision.
Required:
high school diploma or equivalent, 4+ years in facility maintenance, strong verbal and written communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and commitment to safety practices including lockout/tagout.
