Supervisory Budget Analyst; Assistant Director

The Justice Management Division, Budget Staff oversees the development and execution of the Department of Justice's budget. We are seeking two Assistant Directors for key leadership roles:
Working Capital Fund Group → Directs the budget and execution of the Department's Working Capital Fund, supporting diverse shared services. Justice Operations, Management and Accountability Group → Manages budget formulation and execution for DOJ Senior Leadership and Management Offices.

To qualify for the position of Supervisory Budget Analyst (Assistant Director), at GS-0560-15 you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below.

Specialize

Experience:

For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service, which includes:
Providing broad administrative and policy direction in the formulation and justification of a budget for an agency;
Performing the administrative/human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised;
Coordinating/integrating current and long-range financial planning data pertaining to the budgets of an organization.
