Position Overview

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Management Consultant to lead and coordinate multiple complex initiatives supporting the U.S. Coast Guard's mission-support organizations. This role provides hands-on leadership across initiative management, process improvement, change management, facilitation, governance support, and analytical services, ensuring initiatives are planned, executed, tracked, and delivered in accordance with approved objectives and schedules. The Management Consultant works closely with senior Government stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage multiple concurrent, complex projects across mission-support functions.
  • Develop and execute initiative plans, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Lead business process improvement and operational efficiency efforts.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and contractual requirements.
  • Review work products prior to Government submission for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide executive-level briefings, recommendations, and decision support.
  • Coordinate personnel, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Availability Requirement
  • The Management Consultant must be available to support the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) during normal business hours between 07:30 AM and 05:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday, as required to support contract performance, coordination, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DHS mid-level Project Manager certification is required.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a Master's degree or higher is required.
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex initiatives or projects is required.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills is required.
  • Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a USCG or DHS background investigation (NACI-equivalent) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DHS, USCG, or similar federal organizations.
  • Experience leading enterprise or cross-functional initiatives.
