ABOUT THE POSITION

The Assistant Director, Board & Member Engagement, manages our board of directors and related committees and leads efforts to leverage the combined heft of Living Cities’ members to close the racial wealth gap.

The goal of this role is to lead effective governance and foster collaborative spaces for shared learning, joint action, and greater influence.

The ideal candidate brings experience in the philanthropic or financial services sector and a passion for harnessing the potential of these sectors to build equitable wealth-building pathways for all Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) in US cities.

This position reports to the Chief Impact Officer (CIO), serves as a leader in the Member Engagement and Results team, and will supervise assigned staff resources.
