Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 per year. Other Forms of Compensation:
Bonus potential and relocation assistance (if outside the area).

Job Summary:

Senior Director of Dining Services overseeing day‑to‑day food service operations, delivering an exceptional dining experience, leading and developing a team, managing client relationships, and owning financial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily food service operations while operating within the approved budget and maximizing value for the client.

• Ensure food quality is consistently high and exceeds expectations.

• Direct and enforce safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with other departments.

• Develop, mentor, and grow talent across the team.

• Foster strong interdepartmental partnerships and integrate dining services into overall facility operations.

• Drive operational excellence, food cost control, and account profitability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience.

• Two to four years of direct food service operational management experience, including inventory and purchasing.

• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, presentation, and cost controls.

• P&L accountability and contract‑managed services experience preferred.

• Serv Safe certification a plus.

• Forward‑thinking, proactive leader who serves as the visible face of the company.
