This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accounting Manager located in the Washington, DC-Baltimore area. The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis, overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, and managing journal entries. Key responsibilities include supervising fixed asset management, assessing financial performance, and driving strategic financial planning to support the organization s goals.

The individual will also provide guidance to the accounting team, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage financial documentation.

• Strong expertise in Financial Statements preparation and reporting, along with a solid understanding of Finance
• Proficient in reviewing and managing Journal Entries and Fixed Assets accounting
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and inform financial decision-making
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing an accounting team
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial processes
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certification preferred
• Experience in real estate, facilities, or project management industries is an advantage
