PBG’s McLean, VA office is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to serve as the single point of leadership for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) IT Management and Governance Support Services (ITMGSS) Blanket Order Agreement (BOA). This strategic role is responsible for the overall management, performance, and successful execution of all task orders issued under the contract.
The Program Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Board staff, ensuring seamless coordination, quality control of all deliverables, and effective delegation of tasks across multiple, concurrent projects. This individual will drive the overall success of the program, ensuring all contractual obligations are met with the highest standards of excellence.
- Provide overall project management support for all task orders issued under this contract, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Board staff, fostering strong, collaborative relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Oversee all program coordination and task delegation, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet performance requirements.
- Collect and submit candidate resumes upon client request for new or evolving task order needs.
- Implement and manage a rigorous quality control program for all activities and deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed contract standards.
- Provide comprehensive status reporting on completed tasks, upcoming projects, and project risks to both PBG leadership and client stakeholders.
- Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in planning, directing, and managing management consulting and/or staff augmentation-style contracts of a similar size, scope, and complexity. - Breadth of Knowledge:
Demonstrated experience across a wide range of IT management and governance functional areas, as evidenced by personally performing the work or managing the work of others. - Executive Communication:
Demonstrated ability to present material effectively, both orally and in writing, to the highest levels of client and corporate management. - Core

- Excellent presentation, visualization, and report writing skills.
- Deep understanding of the importance of managing risk and quality on projects.
- Clear understanding of the contractual role and its responsibilities within the program.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification.
- Proven experience managing large-scale Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) or BOA contracts for the U.S. Government.
- Experience supporting the Federal Reserve System or other federal financial or regulatory agencies.
