Overview
The position requires the general supervision of Admiral Security Personnel assigned to their building(s). The Account Manager/Site Supervisor is responsible for all contractual aspects of security, scheduling, supplies/equipment, administrative functions, training, evaluations, supervision, payroll, and site safety.
Responsibilities- SITE SUPERVISER (w/front desk duties)
- Manage site schedule:
Monday - Friday, 0700 - 1500, at 1101 K St. NW. - Ensure contract deliverables are met and maintain client relations; act as the primary liaison between Admiral and client representatives.
- Ensure accounts are managed efficiently and profitably; supervise site employees and ensure proper training.
- Manage the payroll process; enter payroll in BOETA (if applicable).
- Maintain appropriate account files (personnel, operations, training).
- Address disciplinary problems and work with HR to investigate issues.
- Maintain knowledge of property/properties, facilities, post orders, emergency contacts, procedures, special instructions, and all post duties.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment (keys/key cards, cell phones, radios, wands, etc.).
- Assist with staffing of all posts to ensure complete coverage; schedule officers and fill vacant posts.
- Conduct inspections of officers, appearances, licenses, and uniforms; review and sign-in sheets for clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
- Ensure officers make timely and thorough daily report entries; audit entries for completeness and accuracy.
- Review Post orders and make recommendations for changes to senior management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have security supervisor experience; must have at least 2 years of security supervisor experience or related field experience. A college degree may account for ½ of the experience qualification.
- Must be flexible as the position is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Must have attended and successfully passed Admiral Leadership training.
- Internal candidates must have an exemplary performance and attendance record with no disciplines within a year.
- Exceptional customer service skills; ability to multitask.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
- Location:
1101 K St. NW. - Pay rate: $28.85
- Second and third interviews may be required.
- Must be able to multitask and provide effective client relations.
- Must be flexible as position is on call 24/7.
