ABOUT THE GRANTS PROJECT MANAGER

We are currently hiring a grant-funded Grants Project Manager to join the EdFuel team in support of our federal Charter Schools Program Model Design and Dissemination grant. The manager will oversee the full lifecycle administration of a federally funded grant, ensuring strong compliance, disciplined execution, and effective partnerships that support project dissemination and scale. This role serves as the operational backbone of the grant—coordinating timelines, deliverables, budgets, and reporting while translating program goals into executable plans.

In partnership with the Project Director, the Manager will monitor performance metrics, align grant spending with approved budgets, and ensure all reporting requirements are met accurately and on time. This role is essential to keeping the project compliant with federal requirements, advancing program outcomes, and cultivating partnerships that expand reach and impact.

We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive grants management professional with a proven track record of hyperorganized grants management. Our ideal hire is a mission-driven team player who is passionate about social impact. We need someone who gets excited about data—whether it’s reporting, collecting, or analyzing—to make strategic decisions and is comfortable managing a budget at a basic level.
