A highly respected, nationally ranked General Contractor is looking to add a Superintendent (5–10 years’ experience) to support a strong pipeline of corporate interiors projects in the DMV market.

This firm specializes in high-end tenant build-outs, law firm interiors, amenity spaces, and complex renovation projects for repeat, blue-chip clients. With consistent year-over-year growth and strong leadership stability, they offer a clear path for progression into Senior Superintendent and long-term leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations on corporate interiors projects
• Manage subcontractor coordination and field logistics
• Maintain aggressive project schedules in active environments
• Drive quality control and safety compliance
• Work closely with PMs, clients, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery

Ideal Background:

• 5–10 years’ experience with a General Contractor
• Corporate interiors / commercial TI experience
• Experience delivering high-end law firms, office build-outs, amenity spaces, or similar
• Comfortable running your own projects or ready to step into that responsibility
• Strong communication and leadership presence in the field
