A growing venture capital firm is hiring for a Vice President / Principal to join their team. Their approach is flexible, long-term oriented, and opportunistic across sectors.
This is a senior position for someone who thrives in a lean environment and wants broad exposure across investing, fundraising, and partnerships. You will play a key role in shaping strategy and execution as the platform grows.
Key Requirements- 5–10 years of experience in investing, private equity, venture capital, family office, or related investment roles
- Experience evaluating and executing equity investments across multiple structures
- Background outside of large, traditional investment banks preferred
- Demonstrated ability to source opportunities, conduct diligence, and support deal execution
- Strong judgement, independent decision-making, and comfort working in a lean, founder-led environments.
