Compensation:
- NYC: $124,000 – $155,000
- Type: Direct Hire

A prestigious, internationally recognized law firm with offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia is seeking an E-Billing Manager to oversee firmwide electronic billing operations. This is a newly created role due to growth and increased global demand.
This position will manage the firm’s centralized e-billing hub, oversee a team of four, and partner closely with Billing & Collections leadership to enhance processes, ensure compliance with client guidelines, and maintain best-in-class billing practices across a global platform.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee firmwide e-billing operations and manage the centralized e-billing hub
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 direct reports
- Develop, implement, and maintain e-billing best practices
- Ensure compliance with complex client billing guidelines
- Partner with Billing & Collections leadership to streamline workflows
- Support international offices as needed (flexibility required, though not regularly)
- Optimize use of automated billing systems and improve reporting processes
- 2–5 years of management experience (ideal range; overqualified profiles will not be considered)
- Experience with in an international law firm
- Hands‑on experience with e‑billing software platforms
- Experience managing automated or complex billing systems (3E strongly preferred or comparable enterprise billing software)
- 5+ years of experience in a senior finance, accounting, or e‑billing role within an international law firm
- Strong understanding of billing compliance and client guideline management
- Professional, personable, and highly detail-oriented
- Strong communicator comfortable working across international offices
- Process‑driven with the ability to improve and scale billing operations
- Collaborative leadership style
- Reports to: Director of Billing & Collections
- Direct Reports: 4
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility required due to international coordination
- Background check required
