• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, account management, or related roles in event production, event planning, experiential design, or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.
• Exceptional ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on precision and accountability.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and create proactive solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering top-tier service.
• Familiarity with design and production processes to ensure seamless collaboration with creative and fabrication teams.
• Proficiency (or ability to learn quickly) in our current software: , Goodshuffle Pro, Google Workspace, and Keynote.

• Lead and oversee multiple complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strategize and collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and operations, to execute projects efficiently and at the highest quality.
• Manage and mentor junior project managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
• Develop and present comprehensive proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all teams stay aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Attend and oversee on-site installations and breakdowns, ensuring successful execution and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Lead internal and external production meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability across departments.
• Maintain and optimize internal systems for project tracking, documentation, and task management.
• Provide strategic insights to improve operational efficiencies and client experiences.

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in event production, experiential design, or a similar industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with event production, fabrication, or installation processes is strongly preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Occasional out-of-state travel may be required.

The salary for this Senior Project Manager position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000/year, depending on experience, and there are additional opportunities for significant performance-based bonuses.
