St. Augustine School in Washington DC is hiring an Operations Manager for the 2026-27 school year. This role is slated to start in June 2026 and will report to the Principal. The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 with excellent benefits.

The Operations Manager works under the general supervision of the Principal and plays a critical leadership role in the daily operation, administration, and continuous improvement of Saint Augustine School. This individual is responsible for overseeing program operations, financial management and reporting, including student and staff recruitment, student engagement initiatives, budget management, and outcomes assessment. All while promoting the Archdiocese of Washington (ADW) shared core values and fostering school pride.
The Operations Manager must be a flexible, solutions-oriented leader capable of handling a range of responsibilities from emergency response to curricular implementation within a dynamic school environment.
