Job Description
Summary:
The Assistant Facilities Manager supports the Sr. Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor oversight for the client and the building. This role helps ensure building systems function effectively, service requests are resolved promptly, and the property remains safe, clean and well maintained. The AFM also assists with inspections, tenant services, and financial aspects.
Responsibilities:
• Support Sr. Property Manager in day-to-day operations and management of the building.
• Coordinate service providers and manage work orders.
• Assist with budgeting, invoices, and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of building operations.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and well‑maintained environment for clients, tenants, visitors, and staff.
Compensation: $26.56 - $31.25 per hour. Compensation varies based on collective bargaining, geography, market rates, and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage.
