Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across the Washington DC area. This role is ideal for a leader who is looking to join a rapidly expanding company. The right candidate can be a Project Manager looking to take the step up to Senior Project Manager.

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation through closeout
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
• Provide executive-level reporting on project performance, risks, and milestones

• 8+ years of project management experience, including leadership of large, complex initiatives
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
• Strong knowledge of Procore

• Experience managing IT modernization, digital transformation, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with federal contracting environments (e.g., FAR compliance)
• Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one) is a plus
