Global Headhunter - MEP Lead Engineer/Project Manager

I am supporting a leading MEP firm to secure the very best talent, and am looking to speak with suitably qualified candidates for a Lead Engineer/Project Manager - MEP role that will be responsible for driving the firm's most strategic engagements.

• Define scope, budget and schedule for new projects, then steer them from kickoff through flawless delivery.
• Keep teams on track, clients in the loop and deliver quality reports and presentations, all while crushing milestones.
• Monitor costs vs. budget, negotiate change notices and ensure each project delivers on time, and in budget.
• Mentor engineers, spotlight strengths, address gaps and cultivate tomorrow's technical leaders.
• Deepen ties with existing clients, sniff out new opportunities and help craft winning proposals.

• PE license and a B.S. in Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years MEP experience.
• Project Manager experience on diverse projects.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging C‑suite executives and cross‑discipline partners.
• Sharp commercial instincts: budget management, opportunity spotting and proposal finesse.
