Director, Shared Services

This position serves as the Director, Shared Services in the Office of Treasury Franchise Fund Management and Oversight (OTFFMO), under the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Management and Budget (DAS M&B). The Director leads a professional staff responsible for the development, execution, evaluation, reporting, and internal controls for the Department of the Treasury's Shared Services Program, Cyber Enhancement Account, and oversight of the Treasury Franchise Fund.

The Director of Shared Services provides executive leadership and strategic direction for enterprise shared services across the Department of the Treasury. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the delivery, integration, and continuous improvement of shared service functions to ensure efficiency, consistency, compliance, and high-quality customer service in support of Treasury's mission and bureaus.
