Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 DOE

Authorization Status: Must be Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for SCI access and Polygraph.

What we are looking for

Aleto, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager who brings not only deep program-management expertise but also the independent judgment, critical thinking, and proactive leadership needed to excel in a complex, fast-paced environment. Success in this role means consistently taking initiative, doing the right thing without being asked, and earning the customer's trust through reliable, transparent, and high-quality performance.

The Senior Program Manager will oversee the performance of a Furniture & Services contract and serve as the primary Account Manager point of contact (POC) between Aleto and the Government. This includes full responsibility for managing performance, coordination, and execution of all Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Orders.

The Program Manager will have full authority to act on behalf of Aleto in all contract-related matters and is accountable for ensuring seamless daily operations. While based at contractor facilities, the PM is expected to spend meaningful time at the client's locations to understand mission needs firsthand, anticipate challenges, and drive solutions that strengthen the customer relationship and advance mission objectives.
