General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or cafe environment, including hiring and training responsibilities
Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
Proficiency in hospitality technology platforms, including scheduling, inventory management and POS
Financial acumen, ability to effectively manage costs, build sales, and grow profits
