This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our City Vista location in Washington, DC. As a General Manager at VIDA, you will oversee the membership sales process, day-to-day club operations, including staff management, member satisfaction, financial performance, and adherence to company policies. You will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service, implement strategies for membership growth, and ensure the highest quality of programs and facilities.

Partnering with department leaders, you will manage budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and uphold VIDA’s commitment to fostering a welcoming and engaging community atmosphere.
