Responsibilities- Maintains an accurate physical inventory of all bicycle facilities; prepares reports on pedestrian and bicycle access programs that are routine in nature and generated on a daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or other schedule basis.
- Answer customer calls to the parking operations control center from the Authority’s bicycle facilities and parking facilities, provide quality customer service and support, and maintain an accurate record of calls, transactions and information.
- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex technical issues.
- Takes initiative and shows a strong work ethics.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Entry Level, One (1) year of experience in bicycle and parking operations.
Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. The COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one‑half hour unpaid lunch break.
Overtime:
Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week are considered overtime work; all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
