• Engage in a critical role supporting air traffic controller training for the FAA
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals in an innovative setting

• Operate a simulated air traffic display and voice communication system during training exercises
• Simulate pilot actions and communications based on voice commands from students
• Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
• Complete required certifications, including classroom and lab tests
• Collaborate with instructors and team members to enhance training effectiveness

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret materials such as diagrams and manuals
• US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to speak clearly and be understood

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of the FAAO JO 7110.65
• Familiarity with pilot/controller communications or phraseology
