Our client, a healthcare, life sciences, government, and AI-driven data startup, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define and lead its go-to-market strategy.
We are looking for a strategic yet highly hands‑on product marketing leader with 6–10 years of experience who can shape the company's core narrative and support founder‑led enterprise sales. This role requires someone who can translate complex data, AI, and behavioral science into compelling, differentiated messaging for healthcare, life sciences, and public‑sector audiences.
You will play a pivotal role in helping transition the organization from a services‑led model to scalable, product‑led growth. This is a high‑ownership opportunity for someone excited to build a function from the ground up in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven startup.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and refine core positioning, messaging, and value propositions, transforming complex technical concepts into clear, market‑ready narratives
- Partner closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to support enterprise sales with high‑impact decks, one‑pagers, case studies, and competitive materials
- Own and evolve the go‑to‑market strategy, building scalable demand and sales enablement infrastructure beyond a network‑driven model
- Plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives, including webinars, industry conferences (e.g., SCOPE, HIMSS), and strategic partnerships aligned to revenue goals
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product and R&D to deeply understand roadmaps and translate product innovation into strategic marketing plans
- 6–10 years (not 20) of experience in product marketing (must have directly owned the product marketing function)
- Strong mix of strategy and hands‑on execution
- Background in healthcare, health tech, life sciences, or related regulated industries
- Experience in management consulting or product‑led growth environments is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced startup setting – scrappy, adaptable, and execution‑oriented
- Willing and excited to both build strategy and execute programs directly
