Xenophon Strategies, one of the nation’s leading crisis communications and issues management PR firms, is hiring an experienced, talented senior associate to provide day-to-day account support to a select number of agency clients.
The senior associate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts and must be able to analyze and anticipate clients’ needs. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, skilled multitasker, results-driven, and can-do team player with excellent oral and written communications skills.
Successful candidates must have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in proactive media relations strategies and tactics, digital communications/social media strategies and tactics, and public affairs. Experience on Capitol Hill or at an agency is preferred. The salary for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000 and offers competitive benefits.
