Marketing Account Manager

A leader in the advertising services industry is hiring a Marketing Account Manager in the Baltimore-Washington region for a full-time, direct hire position, hybrid.

• 2-7 years of hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Slate, Marketo, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Strong working knowledge of email workflows, automation, and dynamic content.
• Demonstrated job stability with thoughtful career progression.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid role with consistent in-office presence.
• Own end-to-end deployment of enrollment marketing campaigns across email, SMS, print, web, and digital channels.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM-driven campaigns with precision.
• Manage complex data sets including imports, segmentation, and quality control.
• Present performance results and insights during regular client calls.
• Serve as both a technical and strategic partner responsible for campaign outcomes.
