Marketing Coordinator

Description We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will oversee a variety of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and supporting business development efforts. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the distribution of monthly newsletters in partnership with investment banking staff.

- Create and refine firm-wide messaging and promotional materials to ensure consistency across marketing channels.

- Oversee updates to the company website and Linked In profile to ensure content is relevant, timely, and aligned with branding.

- Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and sponsor ships, including planning and supporting speaking engagements.

- Maintain and monitor the marketing calendar to track campaigns, events, and sponsor ships.

- Support the administration of Salesforce by ensuring data accuracy and providing analytics to strengthen sales and business development.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with marketing goals. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.

- Proficiency in managing email campaigns and crafting engaging content.

- Strong experience in social media management, including platform-specific strategies.

- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on clear and impactful communication.

- Proven ability to manage marketing calendars and coordinate events.

- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve marketing objectives. Innovation starts with people.®
