Event Marketing Associate

SHIK Consulting Group is expanding our DC-area team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our live events division. This role focuses on face-to-face brand promotion at retail venues and community events, helping major clients grow awareness, acquire customers, and strengthen relationships.

No prior experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and clear advancement pathways.

• Represent nationally recognized brands at live promotional events
• Engage with the public through friendly, professional conversations
• Explain products, services, and current offers
• Support customer acquisition and campaign goals
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Track interactions and provide feedback to leadership

• Customer-facing, hospitality, retail, or sports backgrounds are a plus
