• Act as an operational partner to Regional Field Marketing Managers in executing regional strategies
• Manage program timelines, tasks, and documentation for smooth campaign execution
• Maintain accurate campaign and event data in marketing automation and CRM systems
• Collaborate with various marketing teams to enhance process efficiency and execution
• Share team insights and manage the master calendar aligned with the go-to-market plan

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing assistance, sales development, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Excel, Smartsheet, and Tableau
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience

• Experience in the public sector
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
