What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in managing relationships with affiliate partners, including email list owners and media buyers
- Support onboarding, setup, and documentation of new affiliate partners
- Monitor daily affiliate lead volume, pacing, and performance metrics
- Track spending against approved budgets and flag discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve questions or discrepancies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and performance data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or familiarity with Everflow, Invoca, and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, basic analytics)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
