Shift8:00 AM - 6:30 AM
Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of Infusion Center experience.
- Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
- BSN completion preferred
- Candidates must have a District of Columbia license (required for submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple units
- Local & travel allowed. Candidates living < 60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
- 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:

- Urology/GYN Oncology Infusion
- References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
- Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.
- You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
- Experience with administering chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment for Urology
- Oncology and GYN Oncology patients required
- Candidate be familiar with intravesical bladder instillations for bladder cancer.
- Outpatient oncology, Biotherapy, Care of Patient With, Chemotherapy, IV Therapy/ Infusions, Pain Management, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Foley catheter insertion/management, Psychosocial Care, Radiation therapy, Symptom management, Medications, Neupogen, Oncologic Emergencies, Acute Tumor Lysis Syndrome (ATLS), Anaphylaxis, Extravasation injury, Spinal Cord Compression, Surgery, Post surgical care
- Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy provider card preferred
- Infusion Center, Active Immunotherapy Specific/Non Specific, Recognize/manage side effects, Cytotoxic Therapy, Bladder/Kidney Cancer, Breast Cancer, Colorectal Cancer, Kidney Cancer, Liver Cancer, Lung cancer, Ovarian Cancer/Uterine Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Administration of chemotherapy, Body fluid handling post Chemotherapy, Management/disposal cytotoxic spills, Recognize/ communicate abnormal lab values, Care and management of ports, Central line blood draw, PICC line care, Starting and maintaining IVs, Accessing/Managing Ports, Medication tolerance/dependence assessment, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, Neutropenic precautions, Tracheostomy care/management, Wound care, Care coordination, Telephone Triage, Advanced directives, Hospice care, Patient/Family education and support, External Radiation therapy (Teletherapy), Alteration in skin and mucous membranes, Altered mental status, Constipation/diarrhea, Dysphagia, Edema, Nausea/vomiting, Neuropathy
