Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, with the Patient‑Centered Care concepts as the foundation for all nursing care. Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program.
- ACLS, PALS, or NRP (or obtained within three months of employment) in required specialty.
- BLS
- Current state nursing license.
- Preferred one year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting.
