Overview

Inpatient Cardiac Surgery NP/PA Opening at Med Star Washington Hospital Center. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiac Surgery team at Med Star Washington Hospital Center. We're helping move cardiovascular care forward regionally and nationally through our Med Star Heart & Vascular Institute, with clinical research, better diagnostic tools, and advanced treatments that are always patient focused.

This role will be inpatient. Primarily the duties of the role will be pre- and post-op care and determining plan of care. The shifts will include days, evenings and weekends and be 4 10 hr. shifts a week. The ideal candidate will have background experience in Cardiac surgery or a surgical setting.
