• Monday through Friday, daytime hours only
• No evenings, weekends, or on-call duties
• Convenient DC location near Foggy Bottom and Farragut Metro stations
• Paid parking or transportation assistance provided

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Manage both routine and complex primary care visits
• Deliver preventive services, chronic disease management, and follow-up care
• Maintain exceptional standards of patient care and satisfaction
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support continuity of care
